My name is Callie Christiansen and I'm from Bozeman, MT. (Below is Bozeman)
I am currently living in Denver, CO pursuing an Education at the University of Colorado- Denver. To meet the requirements for my Introduction to Geography class I must pick a location real or imaginary and evaluate and explain the geographical features of that region. I have chosen Yellowstone National Park for my project location.
Yellowstone has always been fascinating to me. I grew up approximately 80 miles away from the park and have visited countless times since infancy. My father works for the Federal Forest Service and in his younger years had lived with my mother in Gardiner and West Yellowstone where he aided in fighting the historic fire of 1988. I hope that through this Blog I can enrich my personal knowledge of Yellowstone and spark interest in others.
